At Fayt The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or size exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and free of any make-up or tan marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
